Pricing is upfront, transparent, and worth it. We can provide a superbill you can send to your insurance for reimbursement.
If you do have insurance, it can still be used for services such as labs, imaging, specialists, and medications.

- Establish Care (new patients only) - 1-hour appointment including lab order and review. $75 deposit is required at the time of booking
- Full Yearly Preventative Visit - physical examination + labs with review follow up (2 total visits)
- Office visit
- Well Child Check/Sports Physical
- Nurse visit urine dip, with prescription
- Nurse visit Vitamin B-12 injection
- In-house blood draw
- Sick visit/ with Prescription
- Nurse Phone Consult, with Dr. Anderson Prescription
- Aesthetic/Cosmetic Consultations - $75 deposit is required at the time of booking and will go toward your purchase — If any cosmetic procedure is performed OR booked at this visit, this cost will go towards that service.
